House Rules and Conduct Rules
Atlas Hotel Village
To ensure a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you respect and abide by the house and conduct rules below.
General provisions
- Atlas Hotel Village respects the privacy of its guests at all times. In exceptional situations, such as a violation of house rules and conduct or safety risks, the hotel reserves the right to enter a room.
- Instructions from hotel staff regarding safety, order, and compliance with these rules must always be followed.
- The management, owner, and employees of Atlas Hotel Village cannot be held liable for loss, theft, injury, or material and/or immaterial damage suffered by guests or visitors during their stay.
- Atlas Hotel Village reserves the right to refuse guests entry or terminate the stay immediately in the event of a violation of the house rules, inappropriate behavior, or disturbance of public order. In such cases, no refund of accommodation costs will be provided.
Fire safety
- Always stay calm in case of fire.
- Report the fire immediately to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.
- Leave the building immediately in the event of a general fire alarm.
- Never use the elevator in case of fire.
- Misuse of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, or other safety devices is prohibited. Any costs arising from misuse will be fully recovered from the perpetrator.
Camera surveillance
For your safety, the hotel is equipped with camera surveillance both inside and outside the building. By entering the hotel, you consent to the recording of footage. In the event of incidents or emergencies, this footage may be used as supporting evidence.
Camera images are processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR) and used exclusively for security purposes.
Personal belongings
- Atlas Hotel Village is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Parking vehicles on the hotel grounds is entirely at your own risk. The hotel is not liable for damage to or theft of vehicles and/or property contained therein.
- Please hand in found items at the reception.
Toilet rooms
Toilet facilities are intended exclusively for individual use. Staying for other purposes is not permitted.
Complaints
Do you have a complaint or comment? Please report this immediately to the reception or the manager. Only complaints reported during your stay can be handled adequately.
Mandatory identification
Every guest is required to present valid identification upon check-in. The minimum age for an independent stay at our hotel is 18 years. Minors may only stay under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Alcohol policy
Alcoholic beverages are served exclusively to persons 18 years of age and older.
Prohibited acts
Within Atlas Hotel Village, it is not permitted to:
- Emergency exits to be used as regular entrances or exits.
- It is not permitted for more people to stay in a room than the number for which a reservation was made.
- Receiving guests in the room for payment for sexual activities.
- Pets are allowed in the hotel.
- To take or willfully damage hotel property. Any damage or loss will be charged to the person responsible.
- To use, possess, or trade narcotics in and around the hotel.
- to use nitrous oxide (balloons) or to possess nitrous oxide cylinders.
- Causing a nuisance through loud music, noise, or inappropriate behavior.
- To trade in goods around or within the hotel.
- To incite others to violate these house rules.
- To possess weapons or other dangerous objects.
- To use personal cooking, heating, or other fire-hazardous equipment in the hotel room, unless prior permission has been granted by the hotel.
- Smoking is prohibited in the building or in the hotel rooms, including smoking out of the window.
In case of violation of the smoking ban:
- €150 is charged for cleaning costs;
- Any fire brigade costs (€275) will be fully charged if the fire alarm goes off.
Guests who cause a disturbance while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances may be immediately removed from the hotel.
Unwanted behavior, including intimidation, discrimination, racism, and aggression, is not tolerated.
Persons exhibiting disruptive or offensive behavior will receive a warning. In the event of repetition, removal from the hotel and denial of entry may follow.
In the event of a violation of any house rule, this will be reported to the police immediately and without regard to the person. This may result in a denial of access for a specified period for both this location and other participating Atlas hospitality businesses.
Hotel Room Regulations
Smoking
A strict smoking ban applies throughout the entire hotel. In the event of a violation, cleaning and any fire brigade costs will be charged.
Cleaning and hygiene
- For hygienic reasons, every room is cleaned daily.
- Bed linen is changed according to the hotel schedule. If a guest refuses the change, this will be postponed until the next scheduled time.
Damage and loss
In the event of damage to, loss of, or destruction of hotel inventory, immediate removal from the hotel may follow. Additionally, repair costs may be charged and/or a report may be filed with the police.
Visits in the room
Receiving visitors in the hotel room is not permitted, unless prior permission has been granted by the reception.
Noise nuisance and night rest
We request guests to be considerate of other hotel guests and to keep noise disturbances to a minimum.
Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, extra attention is paid to peace and quiet in the hotel.
Breakfast
- The breakfast buffet is open daily from 05:00 to 10:00.
- We request guests to have breakfast exclusively in the breakfast room or on the terrace.
- It is not permitted to take food or drinks from the buffet into the hotel room or outside the breakfast area.
